Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments as applicable to population or individuals.
• Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes based on nursing diagnoses.
• Evaluate and document response to nursing interventions and revise plans accordingly.
• Participate in process improvement to improve clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Operate within a High Reliability Organization focusing on safety, quality and efficiency.
