OhioHealth Corporation is seeking aRegistered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum. You will collaborate with the health care team and be accountable to Ohio Board of Nursing standards.

The role involves night shifts, 36 hours per week, in the Trauma Unit 1, with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.

Formación

• Associate's Degree required.
• RN - Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform health status assessment.
• Outcomes planning: document interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation: monitor and revise care plans with the team.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Operations: support unit operations and safety practices.
