Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document outcomes and revise care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Lead and participate in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
• Provide care in a 24/7 Trauma Unit 2 setting within an HRO framework.
