Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient health status and plan nursing care.
• Document planned interventions to meet patient needs.
• Evaluate responses to care; revise plan with the team as needed.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
• Support operations and maintain safety and efficiency in duties.
