As an HRO-inspired unit, the role requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while meeting Ohio Board of Nursing standards. BSN preferred with 5 years of employment; 24 hours per week scheduled.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio (RN).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes.
