The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per Ohio Nurse Practice Act and department policies.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to improve clinical quality, satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - Performs daily duties as part of the unit operations (10%).
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), focus on safety, quality and efficiency in job duties.
