Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/diagnosis and ongoing health status assessment.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Lead and participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Document care plans and outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure safety and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
