Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including driver deliveries, loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation
• Conduct team meetings and ensure safety and compliance across site operations
• Evaluate and recommend changes to improve dispatch productivity; coach and train new associates
• Provide relief coverage and manage attendance to meet staffing needs
• Maintain site operating systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting
• Oversee adherence to financial policies and monitor productivity targets
