Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Houston is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead hourly staff and supervise drivers on a night schedule. You will oversee deliveries, loading/unloading, and customer service while ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to cost objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with bonus eligibility based on performance and location outcomes. This position is full-time, on-site at the Houston location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper records and reports.
