Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a night-shift Transportation Operations support role in Indiana. The position focuses on tactical operations, issue resolution, and scheduling for the Transportation team, with proactive alerts to stakeholders about potential service gaps.

Shifts run 3.5 days with 12-hour nights, including strong coordination with Sales and other shifts, DPS/SAP tooling, and KPI analysis responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Working effectively with all levels of Frito-Lay
• Analyzing key performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Traffic Operations on assigned shift: Billing, phone communication, driver issues, revenue, etc.
• Make operational decisions regarding cost and On-time service requirements
• Backhaul billing
• Pass off with other shifts
• DPS edits and trip creation
• Dispatch backfill as needed
• Resolve issues with the Sales team and direct customers
• Other duties and projects as assigned
