Job summary

PepsiCo in Pulaski, TN is seeking a dedicated night-shift team member to move trailers, stage loads, and coordinate with warehouse operations to keep beloved brands flowing safely and on time to stores. This full-time role requires a Class A CDL, the ability to lift 15–50 lbs, and comfort with a fast-paced environment.

You'll work weekends and off-shifts, endure temperature variations, and participate in high-energy, hands-on training.

Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
• You possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• You will be required to work on some weekends and holidays as well as off shift.
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You have the ability to sit for extended periods, up to five hours daily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You are willing and able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers from lot to dock doors and back to lot as directed.
• Work with supervisor to move raw material loads to doors as needed.
• Install and remove trailer stands as necessary.
• Stage pallet and load into truck when ready.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and sanitation as needed.
