Job summary

PepsiCo is looking for a Delivery Team Lead in Indianapolis to guide a team of 20-40 drivers, ensuring on-time deliveries and top-notch service to customers. You will work closely with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer needs and drive daily productivity through coaching and route optimization.

The role requires leadership experience, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on safety. A CDL and clean driving record are preferred; backup coverage for shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and warehouse to meet customer needs.
• Coach and develop drivers; conduct route rides twice weekly.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct team trainings.
