PepsiCo is seeking a night-shift Transportation Operations support role in Indiana. The position focuses on tactical operations, issue resolution, and scheduling for the Transportation team, with proactive alerts to stakeholders about potential service gaps.
Shifts run 3.5 days with 12-hour nights, including strong coordination with Sales and other shifts, DPS/SAP tooling, and KPI analysis responsibilities.
The purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support to the Transportation team, issue resolution, and scheduling support. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps. The schedule is a night shift (D shift) that works 3-1/2 days 12-hour shift.
