Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage orders from request to reality in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will support the transportation team, maintain DOT documentation, run reports, and ensure Core‑Mark customers receive exceptional service and quality.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 6+ months data entry in a warehouse, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task, communicate clearly, and stay accountable in a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months data entry/clerical experience in a warehouse environment.
• Administrative support with basic math and computer data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching drivers and notifying customers on route changes.
• Answer incoming calls from customers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Maintain DOT required files and other reports (vehicle inspection, fuel, mileage).
• Input data into computer system and generate reports as needed.
• Monitor documentation for renewals such as licenses and medical cards.
• Coordinate aspects of the hiring process (pre-employment testing and paperwork).
• Assist with processing driver payroll.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
