Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or enrollment within 6 months
• American Heart Association BLS required on hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and transfers for bed management and patient flow
• Communicate with referring facilities about transfer and bed assignments
• Monitor quality of care and service levels
• Support capacity management and daily operations in Transfer Center
• Engage in ongoing process improvement and safety standards
