Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH seeks an RN Nursing Supervisor – Transfer Center to oversee nursing care and hospital operations during night shifts. You will coordinate admissions and transfers, optimize bed assignments, and lead cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless patient flow.

At least five years as a charge nurse with supervisory experience is required, along with a BSN and NH licensure. BLS is required; ACLS preferred. EMR experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and NH (or compact/multi-state) RN licensure required.
• Minimum five years as a charge nurse, with supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Clinical, critical care and transfer coordination experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and hospital operations in line with policies and standards.
• Facilitate admissions and transfers from internal/external sites within SolutionHealth.
• Coordinate bed assignments and manage patient flow across units.
• Lead huddles after incidents and debrief after critical events.
• Direct patient placement and act as a liaison between departments.
• Mentor care teams and promote continuous improvement.
