Job summary

Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ seeks a Telemetry Technician (part-time, night shift) to monitor ECGs under RN supervision. You will observe monitors, interpret rhythms, document findings, and communicate changes to the nursing team while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dysrhythmia and heart blocks helpful.
• Knowledge of SPO2 monitoring and alarm response preferred.
• Strong organizational and interprofessional skills.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor ECGs and interpret rhythms.
• Communicate changes in patient rhythm to the RN.
• Document calculations and interpretations on forms.
• Maintain patient safety and standard precautions with equipment.
• Assist with orientation and competency maintenance in the department.
