Virtua Health in Burlington, NJ, is seeking a part-time Telemetry Technician to monitor ECGs and support the care team during night shifts. You will observe rhythm changes, communicate findings to the RN, and document interpretations while ensuring patient safety and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience, with benefits including comprehensive coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months previous experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dysrhythmia and heart blocks, SPO2 monitoring, and alarm response preferred.
• Strong organizational and interprofessional skills.
• Ability to operate electronic computer-based equipment.

Responsabilités

• Continuously observes and interprets ECG monitors.
• Identifies and reports changes to the RN and nursing staff.
• Documents calculations and interpretations on required forms.
• Supports patient safety and standard precautions around equipment.
• Maintains department forms and records as needed.
• Assists with orientation and departmental competency activities.
