Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Ability to read, write, and spell English; perform basic arithmetic.
• Successful completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses on hire/transfer.
• CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Take blood glucose measurements and record values.
• Perform EKGs according to policy and training.
• Perform Phlebotomy duties per competency.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Keep patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Participate in in-services, meetings, and performance improvement.
