Qualifications

• Basic patient care abilities under RN supervision.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care activities and ADLs.
• Take blood glucose measurements and document I/O.
• Perform EKGs and phlebotomy per policy and training.
• Assist with stocking and keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Attend required in-services and team meetings.
