International Motors USA in San Antonio is seeking a Team Leader I/II to guide a cross-functional team on the P&L Way. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity on the first and future second shift, starting with training through 2027.

The role requires coaching, problem solving, and strong communication to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Expect overtime and occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of materials, warehouse or inventory control.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing / production experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with P&L Way at International.
• At least 1 year of lead experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship anticipated).
• Ability to work varied shifts, overtime, and maintain safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of assemblers, material handlers, and quality inspectors to meet production goals.
• Coach and develop team performance using standardized work and 5S practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery and cost priorities.
• Utilize KPI boards and training methods to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Escalate and resolve issues to maintain Normal Situation and production flow.
