International Motors in San Antonio is expanding production with a night shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, set to begin in early 2027. This is a salaried role supporting a manufacturing operation, with occasional extended hours and weekend support to meet business objectives.

The position emphasizes material flow, inventory control, staffing, safety leadership, and cross-functional coordination to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of production/manufacturing experience.
Master's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience.
At least 6 years of production/manufacturing experience.

Responsabilités

Develops material delivery routes and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
Demonstrate problem solving resolution, root cause analysis and corrective action to resolve and prevent production interruptions
Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems
May assist with the establishment and maintenance of inventory control system
Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficiency of operation functions
Allocates staffing and coverage, foresee production issues and diminish downtime
Drive Safety improvements, behaviors and strong culture of safety in Supply Chain
Communicate across multiple functions including General Assembly, Quality, Engineering and other production departments in manufacturing plant to ensure production goals are met
Develops 5’s schedules and maintains 5’s in assigned stations
