Job summary

International Motors, LLC is expanding in San Antonio and preparing a second night shift to begin in early 2027. The Associate Team Member will help launch, stabilize, and run night operations with a strong focus on safety, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities cover assembly, logistics, quality checks, and cross-functional teamwork to meet production goals while adhering to EHS requirements and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• No minimum requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and shift work.

Responsibilities

• Follow P&L Way instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area per 5S standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report hazards per EHS guidelines.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support night-shift launch, production stability, and continuous improvement.
