Qualifications

• Retail experience (2-3 years) preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments across store areas are a plus.

• Ability to resolve conflict and address root causes.
• Multitasking and prioritization under pressure.
• Ability to analyze financial and store performance data.
• Experience mentoring hourly staff and team leads.
• Certifications completed as required.
