Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a dependable Team Lead to oversee night shift manufacturing operations at our Schuyler, NY facility.

You will direct daily production activities, coach team members, monitor equipment performance, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or production lines is required.
• Experience with manufacturing systems, SCADA, PLCs, or related software is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily night shift production activities and coach team members.
• Monitor equipment performance and safety, maintain logs and shift handovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance needs with personnel.
• Lead by example to meet production goals and quality standards.
