Lignetics, Inc. in Schuyler, NY is seeking a dependable Team Lead for our night shift manufacturing operations. You will oversee daily production activities, coach a team of operators, monitor SCADA-based mill and dryer processes, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and prior supervisory experience. This hands-on leadership role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills and may involve

• Experience operating manufacturing systems and monitoring equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nightly shift operations and direct production activities.
• Coach and support team members on production processes and safety.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain shift logs and records.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation and communicate with Plant Manager.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and optimize workflow between shifts.
• Assist with maintenance coordination and equipment adjustments as needed.
