Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Analytical, forward-thinking, and results-driven leadership.
• Ability to work in high temperature and humidity environments.

• Plan, direct and coordinate the production department.
• Prepare production schedules and communicate goals to departments.
• Analyze equipment efficiency and coordinate manpower needs.
