Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in logistics or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• MHE experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and work group.
• Lead and train hourly staff and other specialists.
• Perform operational administrative functions to support location activities and/or customers.
• Identify and solve operational issues with continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Support development of system and process training for employees.
