This exempt salary position offers a 1st/2nd/3rd shift schedule with pay of $50,000 per year, based on experience, and opportunities to develop operational skills in LEAN practices and carrier coordination within a Fortune 500 logistics leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• MHE experience required.
• OSHA training/intermediate required.
• DOT and Hazmat experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily shift goals and plans.
• Train hourly and other specialists.
• Lead employees through training and policy review.
• Decision making for location activities including demand planning.
• Support system and process training and perform admin tasks.
• Identify and solve operational issues using continuous improvement and LEAN.
