Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED; 1+ year in logistics or warehouse field.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS intermediate preferred.
• MHE intermediate required.
• OSHA intermediate required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and work group(s).
• Communicate and report plans to obtain operational goals.
• Assist with and train hourly staff.
• Lead and train employees through in-depth training and policy reviews.
• Decision making for location activities including demand planning and supplier calls.
• Develop system and process training for employees.
• Perform operational administrative functions to support location activities.
• Identify and/ or solve operational issues with the account using continuous improvement initiatives.
