Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in logistics/warehouse or related field.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• MHE experience required.
• OSHA knowledge required.
• DOT and Hazmat knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and work group(s).
• Assist with and train hourly, SNE or other specialists.
• Lead and initiate employees through in depth training and continuous review of policies, procedures and processes.
• Make decisions for location activities including demand planning, supplier calls, and customer interactions.
• Support and aid in the development of system and process training for employees.
• Identify and solve operational issues with the account by applying continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
