Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Arlington, TX is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Associate for the 3rd/overnight shift. The role focuses on material availability, inventory control, and supplier coordination to ensure on-time delivery for production lines.

The position is salaried non-exempt with annual pay between $50,000 and $52,500, and includes benefits such as health, 401(k) with company match, and time-off provisions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year+ administrative experience preferred.
• 1 year+ relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MGO (GM’s MRP system) intermediate preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation management intermediate preferred.
• Knowledge of material flow related to manufacturing processes intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery for production requirements.
• Serve as main contact for suppliers; provide shipment schedule direction and containment plans.
• Track critical parts and develop containment plans to avoid downtime.
• Coordinate alternate sources of material and spot buys if necessary.
• Monitor, set up, and cancel truck loads to support schedules cost-effectively.
• Review buffers to cover build requirements and manage S and AV code exceptions.
