Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a Sub-Assembly Technical Staff for the 3rd shift (8:00 PM - 4:30 AM) to provide frontline leadership and oversee production operations on the sub-assembly line.

You will coordinate daily workflow, support team members, monitor activities, and ensure SOPs, safety policies, PPE and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership and operational oversight for the Sub-Assembly team.
• Support safe, quality-focused, and efficient production operations.
• Guide team members by providing clear communication and constructive feedback.
• Identify and resolve production, safety, and quality issues using problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Support workflow coordination to maintain productivity and operational flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and SOPs.
• Follow and reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Complete production data entry and support production reporting and performance monitoring.
