Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to direct plant technical division shift activities in DI area (3rd shift: 10pm-6am). You will ensure manufacturing compliance with standards, meet schedules, and uphold quality while collaborating across functions to solve issues and improve processes.

The role oversees DI area on the night shift and requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and leadership to supervise hourly and Salaried associates.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related manufacturing or technical work experience.
• Advanced Excel; proficiency with Word/PowerPoint; CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Technical Resources Activities: 40%.
• Coordinate Activities with Production Management: 15%.
• General Project Management: 15%.
• Control & Monitor Department and Capital Project Budgets: 10%.
• Coordinate New Model Activities with KNA: 10%.
• Provide direction and supervision to hourly and salaried associates: 5%.
• Other Duties as Assigned: 5%.
