Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a Sub-Assembly Technical Staff for the 3rd shift (8:00 PM - 4:30 AM) to provide frontline leadership and oversee production operations on the sub-assembly line.

You will coordinate daily workflow, support team members, monitor activities, and ensure SOPs, safety policies, PPE and quality standards are met. Job description

The Sub - Assembly Technical Staff (3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM) provides frontline leadership and operational oversight to support safe, quality-focused, and efficient production operations. This role combines technical knowledge with leadership responsibilities to ensure production activities are completed according to established procedures, schedules, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating daily workflow, supporting team members, monitoring production activities, reinforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements. The Team Lead identifies and helps resolve production, safety, and quality issues through problem-solving and root-cause analysis, maintains production data and reporting, and serves as a key communication link between frontline employees and management. This position requires strong communication, organizational, technical, and leadership skills to support daily manufacturing operations.
