Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. in Sunbury, PA is seeking The Sub-Assembly Technical Staff for 3rd shift (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM). Lead frontline teams to ensure safe, quality-focused, and efficient production operations, coordinating daily workflow and supporting team members.

You will monitor production activities, reinforce SOPs, and ensure PPE and safety policy compliance. The role requires strong communication, organizational, technical, and leadership skills to engage with frontline staff and management,

Qualifications

• Frontline leadership and operational oversight for a sub-assembly team.
• Ability to coordinate daily workflow and monitor production activities.
• Reinforce SOPs and ensure PPE and safety policy compliance.
• Identify and resolve production, safety and quality issues via root-cause analysis.
• Maintain production data and reporting; communicate with management.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership for Sub-Assembly team.
• Support safe, quality-focused and efficient production operations.
• Guide team with clear communication and feedback.
