Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team with energy and a customer-first mindset, delivering hospitality and quality food to every guest.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining product availability, and upholding store standards. An additional $1.50/hr is paid for night hours (10pm–6am) along with bonuses, PTO, 401(k) match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
