Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teammates with high-energy hustle and a team mentality. You’ll deliver hospitality, ensure quality food and beverages, and coach others to prioritize tasks and work safely.

This position offers a night shift premium of $1.50 per hour for hours 10pm–6am, plus benefits including PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and merchandised
