Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with energy and a customer-first mindset. You’ll mentor teammates, manage daily tasks, and ensure fast, safe service while maintaining hospitality in every interaction.

Eligible candidates receive $1.50/hr extra for overnight shifts (10pm–6am), and access to bonuses, PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, along with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
