Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team, delivering hospitality and high-quality service to every customer. You’ll supervise operations, train team members, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient store environment.

The role emphasizes night hours with a $1.50/hr shift premium for 10pm–6am, competitive salaries, PTO and parental leave, 401k match and employee stock ownership, plus ongoing development and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and occasional 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers.
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
