Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You will engage customers with hospitality, ensure quality food and beverage service, and mentor a friendly work family to prioritize tasks efficiently.

The role offers a 10pm–6am shift premium of $1.50/hour plus robust benefits including PTO, 401(k) match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to make sure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
