Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor at our Mechanicsburg, PA store to lead a high-energy team and deliver hospitality while ensuring safe, fast, and accurate service.

This role offers an additional $1.50/hr for working 10pm-6am, plus benefits including quarterly bonuses, PTO and parental leave, 401k match, employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and perform bending and reaching, with lifting up to 20 lb.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to customer specs in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
