Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead a store team with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You will greet customers, ensure accurate food and beverage preparation, and coach teammates to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and efficiency, with compensation including a $1.50/hr shift differential for working 10pm-6am, and extensive benefits such as bonuses, PTO, 401k match, and stock ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and assist lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
