Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor role at our York, PA area store. This position includes a $1.50/hr shift differential for working 10pm-6am, plus opportunities to lead a fast-paced team and deliver top-tier hospitality to customers.

You will mentor team members, ensure safe, accurate preparation of food and beverages, and drive store success through strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team.
• Excellent customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specs safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
