Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with high-energy hustle and hospitality. You will mentor teammates, ensure fast, friendly service, and oversee accurate food preparation to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 or older; VA law requires 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve up quality food and beverages to order in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean
