Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership is listed as preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and mentoring associates.
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves issues to improve the customer experience.
• Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties and provides recognition.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
