Walmart in Conway, SC is seeking a store leadership professional to lead and develop teams, train associates, and drive customer service through OBW principles and community engagement.

The role emphasizes financial performance, budgeting, merchandising, inventory flow, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink while fostering belonging and integrity. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures a high quality customer experience.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning.
