• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses; ensure alignment with plan; manage inventory and merchandising.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates; recruit, hire, train, and recognize performance; promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities with key stakeholders; monitor goals, measure progress, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy; uphold ethics and integrity; support store operations and community initiatives.
