Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Drive store performance by managing budgets, forecasts, and expenses.
• Ensure excellent customer service using the One Best Way service model.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations.
• Hire, train, mentor, and promote associates; build inclusive culture.
