Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams; teach, train, listen to associates, and provide feedback.
• Drive store operations, merchandising, and company direction with clear expectations.
• Ensure customer service excellence following the One Best Way (OBW) model.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and expense control aligned to sales performance.
• Mentor hourly associates, recruit, and promote a culture of belonging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sales, shrink reduction and process improvements.
